Q. How long do I have to complete the test?

A. The test will expire 30 days after you pay. See confirmation email for exact date.

Q. The website is saying I already created an account. How do I get my usercode and password?

A. If you are signing up for a test you have previously taken on this website, you will need to re-register for the exam using your full name (first, middle, and last) and the system will let you register

Q. How long does it take to complete the test?

A. Our test is a go at your own pace test. Unfortunately, we cannot pinpoint a specific amount of time the course and exam will take because everyone is different.

Q. During User Authentication in my test, it is saying my birthdate is incorrect or is not showing correct numbers. What do I do?

A. This error occurs when a participant did not enter their birthdate as prompted during registration. The birthdate when a participant registers should read MM/DD/YYYY. The participant will need to call the Office of Continuing Dental Education at (210) 567-3177 to have someone correct his or her birthdate.

Q. What is covered in the test?

A. Our test includes three modules: Jurisprudence, Infection Control, and Radiology. Please see the preview section of the test for more details.

Q. I finished my test, what do I do now?

A. Now that you have completed your course and exam, you will need to apply with the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners to receive your license. All you will need from this website is the Certificate of Completion. You can download the application on their website at http://www.tsbde.state.tx.us/. If you have any questions regarding the application, you can call the State Board at the number listed on their website.
